No current Greek concept resembles it. Original flavors and sauces, a modern look that gives it an honest, sophisticated but reassuring face. Greek products that transport us to a serene, deserted beach in Chios. Food that warms the heart and delights our taste buds.

WHAT ABOUT THAT ORIGINAL NAME?
The grandmother (YiaYia) of one of the founder's partners, Eleni, who came from Greece in 1958, was an extraordinary cook. She would often tell us candidly that when she was younger, she would have opened a sort of kitchenette. And there you have it! She passed away before seeing it, but she knew we were going to open it. The name is in her honor.
